Mitsubishi took the wraps off its 2002 Galant sedan, destined to be woken up and driven this spring. A styling update brings a new corporate grille design and larger fascia scoops with projector-style driving lamps. At the rear, a new taillamp design adds a modern flare. The Galant will continue to be offered in four- and six-cylinder models, with the 2.4-liter variant meeting ULEV standards. Also on display was the 2,000,000 car produced by Mitsubishi Motors in North America, a silver Eclipse.
