Just as kids are returning to school, the auto show season gets an early start with the Detroit-dwarfing Frankfurt Motor Show. Spread out over eight massive halls, the 60th International Motor Show (IAA) Passenger Cars featured 125 world premiers.
Our staff was there to capture the all-new production and tantalizing concept cars in pictures and video even before the doors opened to the public. The bi-annual event was as impactful as ever, with a list of noteworthy debuts, including Aston Martin DB9, BMW 6 Series, Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren, and Volkwagen Golf V among the major stories.
We've finished updating our photo coverage of this diverse and wild event and have shifted our focus to video production. Check back, as the first batch of videos will be loaded soon, as well. As always, don't forget to click on any gallery photo to see its enlargement.
And also, after you've had a chance to peruse the 50 vehicles presented here, share your opinion with other enthusiasts in our general discussion forums, or visit our associated polls and vote to tell us which is your favorite production vehicle, and which is your favorite concept car.
