Mini masterminds John Cooper Works in the U.K. have cooked up an exciting performance package that will push the supercharged model past the 200 horsepower mark. Available through Mini dealers, the warranted package will feature include a reconfigured cylinder head, uprated supercharger along with special engine electronics and a performance rear muffler. To be offered through dealers shortly, the U.S.-market details were not revealed. However, the Brit-spec car boasts a 6.7-second 0-60 mph time and 141 mph top speed. Their package includes also sports seats and special JCW 18-inch wheels. Expect a few interior dress items and badging to round out the package when this mighty Mini comes Stateside.
