This slippery hydrogen fuel-cell hybrid-electric concept car made its first appearance in Detroit, a sample of advance powertrain technology that could be coming down the road for Toyota. Toyota has announced that it will offer an electric/gasoline hybrid version of the Lexus RX 330 in two years; while that's technically feasible, the Fine-S has gone even further with this geek tech concept wrapped in raw sex appeal. With proportions unlikely to be found with a traditional combustion engined car, the Fine-S illustrates the packaging benefits of a fuel-cell system. This sci-fi dream machine was revealed just one month after Toyota leased Highlander fuel-cell vehicles to the Japanese government and two California universities.
