2004 Detroit Auto Show

During a lively press conference, Chrysler announced pricing for its all-new 2005 300 range, with the large sedan starting at $23,595. This base price shocked attendees, but the price for the Hemi-powered 300C set the reality check at $32,995. The payment for this desirable model nets a modern musclecar certain to become the foundation for future hot rodders. The 300C boasts a 340-hp V-8 fitted to a five-speed automatic transmission with AutoStick. All Chrysler 300C models feature dual exhaust tips, large performance disc brakes, unique chrome exterior appearance, patented tortoise shell interior highlights, power tilt/telescoping steering wheel, rain sensing wipers, and Boston Acoustics six-speaker 288-watt digital amplifier sound system. Two models fit in the middle, with the 300 Touring starting at $27,395 and the well-equipped 300 Limited priced at $29,890. The 2005 Chrysler 300 will begin to arrive in dealerships in the spring.
