If the Preview is too small, consider the 2007 Saturn Outlook crossover SUV instead: this one's got seating for eight, or seven with second-row captain's chairs, and available leather. Saturn claims third row is big enough to seat adults comfortably, and with useable storage behind it. The second-row "Smart Slide" articulated seat eases third-row entry and exit. The clean, Acura MDX-like Outlook is on the same platform, codenamed Theta, as the Buick Enclave, but sports much different styling. Like the Enclave, the 2007 Saturn Outlook uses GM's 3.6-liter VVT twin-cam V-6. Uplevel XR has dual exhaust, 267 horsepower and 247 pound-feet of torgue. Single-exhaust XE is rated at 265 horses, with 244 pound-feet. Chrome-trimmed taillamps, rear spoiler with LED CHMSL, chrome door handles, and optional 19-inch wheels and tires (18 inch standard) are designed to help push Saturn up the GM status food chain. The Outlook offers an estimated 116.9-cubic-feet max (second and third rows folded) cargo stowage, and rides on a 118.9-inch wheelbase. Safety features include six standard airbags, as well as safety curtains. We're told there'll be a GMC version, as well.
