1956 Ford F-750 “Big Job”
In the words of the owner, this truck was built to be driven and to haul -- and that makes us a fan. Owners and builders Lonn and Jackie Burrows of Riverton, Utah, custom-built this heavy-duty hot-rod land-yacht on a Chevrolet 3500 Cab Chassis. Yes, it’s a Ford and a Chevy in one. The truck is powered by a Duramax diesel engine with an Allison transmission. A Banks Power inner cooler and exhaust give this beast its extra growl. It rides on Auto Air Ride suspension with Strongarm control arm. Other modifications include stainless steel air-cooled rotors, vintage A/C, heated and cooled seats, Alpine GPS and satellite radio with 7-inch H.D. screen, backup camera, gooseneck ball, and towing hitch. The color is a factory Mazda metallic red.
