Ford Focus owners can now get increased power and improved reliability through installation of a Crane HI-6D12 CD Ignition and companion Electronic Trigger assembly. The fully digital CD ignition is a multi-spark design, generating up to 12 sparks per cylinder firing for easier starting and quicker throttle response. It has a built-in two-stage rev limiter, which can be set in 100-rpm increments from 600-9,900 rpm via rotary switches. Other features include a tach accuracy check, and a self-diagnostic mode that checks the coil, ground, power supply, and the unit itself. Expect to pay $570. www.cranecams.com
