SEMA 2003 - Theres no such thing as stock

Of the more than 1500 vehicles on display at the SEMA Show, none was as wild or drew as big a crowd as the TRENZ Ultimate Mountain Climber. It's part monster truck and part tank. Created by DeBerti Design, the Ultimate Mountain Climber is based on an F-350 Super Duty powered by a 7.3-liter Power Stroke diesel. Its most distinctive feature is the Mattracks rubber track system in place of the tires and wheels. Ford engineers tell us that, while this truck looks like a toy, the tracks are functional and do a great job at moving the heavy vehicle through mud, snow, or rocks. However, the Mattracks system doesn't come cheap: Units start at just under $22,000 for all four corners.

In case you do want to drive it on a paved road, it comes with regular tires and wheels mounted on the back of the truck that can be swapped in place of the tracks. In addition, Trenz worked it's magic on the interior, making it a pleasant place to be while driving over virtually anything you can think of.
