Monica resides in Southern California with her husband and partner in crime, Jason. Together, they have an off-road Ford Ranger, diesel Ford Ranger, airbagged Chevy S10, and a four-wheel-drive Ford F-150. The custom truck bug bit Monica hard in high school and has continued to grow over the years. She enjoys anything outdoors, from dirt biking to off-roading to running. Originally starting as an assistant web producer in 2006 after graduating from the University of California, Irvine, Monica was an associate online editor for several different truck magazines before taking the reins of both 8-LUG HD TRUCK and WORK TRUCK REVIEW in 2014.
