Some people have all of the luck; then again, some people have none. What is that saying? "If it can go wrong, it will." Or how about, "If I didn't have bad luck, then I would have none at all"? Looking at Matthew Reynolds of Millersville, MD's '99 Chevy S-10 would make any of us hard-pressed to believe that he has had this kind of luck. Believe it or not, Matt has been a poster boy for non-four leaf clover and horseshoe carrying mini-truckers.
The S-10 you see in the pages in front of you has been in three accidents. You read that right. Not one, not two, but three fender benders. Two of these accidents were actually in the same day. If his insurance company is not in love with him for that feat, then they will love him for his steady bill-paying on his rapidly raising insurance rates.

As for how this near-wreck got to its current state of completion would have to do with the resilience of the owner as well as his dedicated friends-friends that stayed with him through nearly every aspect of the truck's completion. The wait and hardships are worth it as Matt stated, "This truck is proof that if it can go wrong, it will. When you feel like giving up or burning it to the ground, you have to keep at it because it will make the end result that much sweeter."
Matt would like to thank anyone who had an idea or advice that has made his truck what it is today. Matt started off small and ended big. As time went on, more coal was set on the fire and minor mods turned into major mods. This story is similar for most of us. The traits that make us mini-truckers are similar from coast to coast; and Matt is one die-hard mini-trucker.
