Bee Sting

Lewis Young is the Shop Manager of Hog's & Hot-rods in Union Grove, Wisconsin. Their shop recently finished painting this 2004 Dodge Rumble Bee with all sorts of graphics and one seriously mean-looking bee. Lewis reports that the interior features painted dash pieces as well. Up next is a Kenne Bell supercharger to match the Bee's nasty attitude.

Pulling Power

This '99 F-350 belongs to Sheldon Harshman of Osage Beach, Missouri. Sheldon and his father lifted the truck 10 inches and mounted 38-inch Toyo Open Country tires on 20-inch Panther wheels. They also installed two Kicker amps and a Sony in-dash monitor and DVD changer. Lugging the truck around is a Powerstroke with added thrust thanks to Hypermax Stage 2 injectors and programmer and a 5-inch exhaust system that ends in bed-mounted stacks. Keeping the power planted, Brian's Truck Shop in Lead Hill, Arkansas, built a stout transmission to ensure a long life for this truck.

Aubrey Hullaby III of Shreveport, Louisiana, is the owner of this Copperhead metallic '85 Chevy. Ground Force, shackles, and hangers lower the truck over 18-inch Boyd Coddington Turbines. Front and rear roll pans and a Trenz Phantom billet grille combine with the shaved body and Goodmark cowl hood to clean up the lines of the truck. Under the hood lies a 468ci big-block built by Adger Smith Performance that's more than enough to motivate this Silverado.

Greased Lightning

Nicky Rash prowls the streets of Rossville, Georgia, in his dropped '01 Lightning. Thanks to East Ridge Paint & Collision, the front is engulfed in flames, which would be appropriate for even a factory hot-rod, but Nicky's got a few tricks under that cowl hood. A Flowmaster exhaust system, underdrive pulleys, and a K&N intake are just a few of the upgrades. Inside, Nicky is entertained by a Pioneer CD/DVD-player backed up with Memphis amps and two 10-inch Eclipse subs.

White Out

After a 20-year career, Master Sergeant Gary R. Lind retired from the Air Force and finally got to focus some energy on his '04 F-150. Total FX in Las Vegas installed the Belltech drop kit, 20-inch Liquid Metal wheels, and Nitto Extreme Force radials. Gary has put in some time of his own by installing an AEM Brute Force intake system and Carriage Works billet grille. Other mods include Hypertech tuning, IPCW euro taillights and a billet third brake light cover. With any luck Gary will soon add an MTX Thunderform sub to his daily driver.

Black Beauty

Jared Cannon, a member of the U.S. Army's 183rd Maintenance Company, has more modifications planned for his '05 Silverado, but it's already looking clean thanks to Cal-Vu sport mirrors, 20-inch wheels, billet grille, spray-in bedliner, and a roll pan. He's planning a 2/4 drop to level the ride. The kit and his truck are awaiting his return from his deployment in Iraq.

Silver Bullet

Chris Lemay, from Derry, New Hampshire, bought his '98 Chevy a few years ago and got bitten by the customizing bug. Starting with a stock truck, Chris welded on a Sir Michael's roll pan, shaved the tailgate, bolted on a hard tonneau, and removed all emblems and moldings. Next up was a Goodmark hood, Speed Grille inserts, front bumper with fog lights, and new lights all around. Finishing the look are 17-inch Traxx wheels wearing Continental rubber.

Muscle Truck

Jason Dixon's '02 Rumble Bee has its roots in the classic Super Bee, so Jason added some retro graphics from Year One, added a black billet gas door, and bolted on a set of Helo Maxx 6 wheels. True to its musclecar heritage, the truck got added power thanks to an Airaid cold air intake, throttle-body spacer, and Superchip programmer. Jason is thinking about a supercharger, which would definitely give most Super Bees a run for their money.
