Twenty-five-year-old Adam Starner of Atkinson, New Hampshire, purchased this '04 Lightning early in 2005. Since then, it's been treated to new pulleys for more boost, a K&N intake, a Borla exhaust, and a tune from a Diablo Sport programmer. For the right stance, 22-inch Forte Evil Twins were wrapped with Toyo Proxes and bolted on. A 2-inch drop came from a set of Eibach springs and Belltech shackles. D&M Autobody in Somerville, Massachusetts, tackled the paint, and Scott McCay of Thin Air Grafx added flames to the sides, as well as the 3-inch Goodmark cowl hood. Next up for Adam are a set of headers and a line lock.
Glenn Worm has owned this '01 Sierra C3 since it was new, and it's been a work-in-progress ever after. A 6-inch Fabtech lift and Firestone 'bags make room for 35-inch Toyo M/Ts and 20-inch MKW M58 wheels. Additional power comes from JBA headers, a Volant cold-air intake, Flex-a-Lite fan, and a Diablo Sport tuner. To upgrade the interior, an Alpine head unit, JL amps and separates, and MTX Thunderform enclosures replaced factory pieces. Still on the list are a Magnacharger, Brembo brakes, an HID conversion, and new paint.
Chris Nickerson sent us photos of his dad's '07 Sierra. Chris and his dad used a McGaughy's 3/5 drop kit to frame the wheelwells on 20-inch American Racing wheels. They also installed a Carriage Works billet grille. Next up is a Flowmaster exhaust, a K&N intake kit, and a power programmer. It looks like they are half-way there to their own Fantastic Four.
Dane Beicher's Dodge Ram Daytona has seen a lot of additions. Black MB Wheels match the Daytona graphics, and an Extang soft tonneau takes the place of the Daytona wing. Dane shaved all of the emblems and trim, then he added a Street Scene roll pan for a cleaner look. A K&N Filtercharger and Flowmaster exhaust help the engine sound its best, while a Pioneer head unit, Rockford Fosgate subs, and Infinity separates fill the cab with quality sound. The final touches were new headlights and taillights. A suspension drop should be happening soon.
This '01 Dodge Dakota belongs to Eric McKinney, who's given its 4.7L V-8 some breathing room with a Flowmaster exhaust and a cold-air intake. Twenty-inch Boss 304 series wheels and Falken 40-series rubber provide the grip. For audio and visual stimulation, a Jensen CD/DVD 7-inch-screen head unit joins a second monitor in the headliner and a Sony 10-inch sub. Future plans include a mild drop and more stereo equipment.
Gary Leach Jr. from Windsor, California, has blacked-out his '05 Sierra with 22-inch KMC Dime wheels and tinted windows. A Belltech 3/4 drop and 35-series Toyo Proxes tires help to fill the wheelwells. The 5.3L V-8 boasts a K&N 77 series intake, a Granatelli MAF sensor, a MagnaFlow exhaust, and a Hypertech Power Programmer III. Inside of the cab, Alpine speakers are powered by the factory head unit, but a Pioneer double-din navigation system is planned for the future.
