Jeremy "DQ" Forsyth would like to permanently drill into everyone's head his personal motto: "Good work ain't cheap, and cheap work ain't good."
After having to check his Dime into the paint booth for the third time due to unacceptable results, Jeremy began to value better-than-average bodywork. Unfortunately, this lesson came at the cost of lost time and money, but this kind of deal is an all too common annoyance that a large number of customizers have fallen victim to.
Jeremy cut through the chaos and frustration and saw his project S-10 through to completion. Determination alone wasn't enough to help keep him focused; his deep-rooted passion for minitrucks allowed him to persevere. Jeremy was behind the wheel of his first 'bagged mini when he was a junior in high school-almost nine years ago. There wasn't even a slight chance he was going to abandon a build because of incompetence.

Although Jeremy has owned more than his fair share of S-10s in the past, and a Hardbody and a Ranger for that matter, this blue-flamed Bow Tie is the first truck he's taken beyond the finish line. There wasn't any kind of grand scheme or shining holy light on this particular truck; things just worked out this way. And with the only sponsorship for the project coming from his Visa credit card, Jeremy carried the burden of fitting the bill from start to finish. In retrospect, finding a paint supply donor might not have been a bad idea since it would've saved Jeremy some headaches and a few bucks, but good things aren't always served on a silver platter.

After a two-and-a-half-year ordeal and spending $25K in addition to the truck's initial cost, the stars finally aligned for Jeremy. The final results are impressive, and just imagine the amount of frequent flyer miles he must have racked up during the course of the build.
