A perfect example of why we love C10s, Danny Waller, of Lynchburg, Virginia, has nailed the stance, color, and wheels on his truck. Take a look at the specs to see how he, along with help from Jonathan Cash at Cash’s Garage, Chris Turner from C&T Restorations, and Floyd Irby from Irby’s Metal Works, gave the truck a new persona in just a year’s time.

Body
The extensive exterior modifications are the work of both Danny himself as well as the talented Chris Turner of CT Restorations. The most obvious modification is that the ’72 now wears a ’67 front clip. The rear marker lights in the bed were shaved to match the front. Also gone are the door handles, gas filler door, tailgate handle, and stake pockets. The color is Viper Red, sprayed by Chris at his shop in Bedford, Virginia.
Suspension
McGaughy’s 2-inch drop spindles up front combined with a custom back half and four-link fabricated by Jonathan Cash using 2x4-inch rectangular tubing work with a set of ‘bags to drop the truck over a set of Coy’s C5 wheels. The Yokahama Parada Spec-X tires measure 255/30R20 up front and 285/30R22 in the rear and are planted through the corners with help from McGaughy’s antiroll bars.

Interior
Kevin Jones, from Stitch’s Custom Interiors, in Rustberg, Virginia, upholstered the custom bench seat, door panels, and headliner in gray leather. Billet accents include the control panel for the Vintage Air HVAC system and the steering wheel from Billet Specialties. Tunes are handled by a Pioneer head unit and JL amps wired by Dusten Stevens.
Engine
The detailed Chevy small-block features an Edelbrock Performer EPS manifold, 650-cfm carb, headers, and a set of billet pulleys.
