Brian Deegan’s Killer F-150
One of the biggest names in freestyle motocross is Brian Deegan and his brand, Metal Mulisha. Brian has been hard at work over the past few years expanding the Mulisha brand and branching out in new areas. His recent endeavors include automotive accessories like lift kits, steps, and wheels. On a personal front, Brian recently teamed up with Mickey Thompson to create his own tire design, the Deegan 38. To showcase his partnerships in the automotive aftermarket, Brian picked up a 2013 Ford F-150. Wasting no time, Brian got to work transforming the truck into something truly unique that would turn heads everywhere it went.
Starting with his brand-new F-150, Brian installed a 6-inch Metal Mulisha - edition Pro Comp lift. The front coilovers and rear adjustable shocks guarantee a better-than-factory ride with the added clearance to squeeze a larger wheel and tire combo under the truck. Brian selected his own tire, the Deegan 38, in size 35x12.50R20, wrapped around a set of 20x10-inch Metal Mulisha Pro Comp 38 series wheels for the rolling stock.
Setting this F-150 apart from the others cruising around Southern California is a full warplane-inspired wrap. This matches Brian’s race trucks perfectly. Added function comes from a pair of beefy N-Fab bumpers featuring the Deegan logo and a full repertoire of Rigid Industries LED lights. Spyder headlights, taillights, and a 50-inch Rigid lightbar on the roof round out Brian’s lighting needs. Metal Mulisha steps help passengers getting into and out of the Blue Oval and, when needed, the spare is kept in reach with a Tire Gate tire carrier.
Brian finished the truck and drives it all over Southern California. He hauls his bikes in the bed and his buddies in the cab. If you ever see this thing cruising the highways and byways, give it a big thumbs-up.
Along with motocross, Brian races in the LOORRS series in both Pro Lite and Pro 2 classes and has a monster truck in the Monster Jam series.
