1987 Chevy C10 - Tabb's Twisted 'Tie
Tim Tabb's 1980 Chevrolet C10 shortwide truck has a hidden identity.
Thats what makes Tims truck unique. Its really an 80 with 87 front sheetmetal. Tim, an electrician from Cincinnati, decided that his truck needed a bit of updating so he changed the one thing that looked outdated on his truck. It was no easy task either; adding the 87 sheetmetal isnt a simple bolt-on procedure. After cutting the cowl to allow hinge mounting, and bobbing the front of the framerails to allow for the newer bumper, things began to fall into place for Tim and his brother Dave, who helped Tim throughout the buildup of his hauler. When the dust settled and the masking tape was peeled back, Tim revealed a truck he can really be proud of.
