In God We Trust
Shay Wiggins has a plan, and that is to bring you two things. One is cool minitrucker-inspired clothing called Why Wear, and the other is to share how he was able to find a way to bring his passion for trucks and his passion for Christ together. Shay and the Why Wear crew hope to bring a standard of Christian family values into the scene with tools that have a seemingly growing popularity-they're killer threads include clothing, hats, and accessories. They believe this is a great venue to spread the gospel message to an otherwise closed world of auto enthusiasts. They're theme, "Why Be Normal," is one that speaks of the biblical principle of setting yourself apart from the world and unto God. It originated from a slogan Shay had with his 1955 F-100 as he strived to build something different that people would notice. The essence of a car show enthusiast is to have a custom vehicle that is unique and different from what everyone else has. They want to take that same pursuit and use it to show that belief in Jesus Christ can bring the same outcome in their everyday life. Some things need change, and Why Wear is here to bring it to a show a near you! For more information on the cool clothes and great people, check out their new site at

Scrapin' The Smokies
After taking a year off, Scrapin' the Smokies is back with plans to be bigger and better! This year's event will be the fourth annual and will be held at the WNC Ag Center just outside Asheville, NC, on June 12-13. There will be several raffle prizes including $2,500 toward a custom paintjob from Lost Cause, a full air suspension setup thanks to Stylin' Solutions, Slam Specialties, Air-Zenith, and Suicide Doors, an additional set of airbags, and more. Several events will keep everyone entertained all weekend long, including: a Hooters hot-wing eating contest, a bikini contest with cash prizes, kids coloring contest, and several club games as well as a huge vendor area. There is also a $500 cash payout to the "Best Debuting Vehicle." All of the Best Of awards are one-off custom-made trophies.
