The Work Truck Show, held in conjunction with the annual NTEA Convention, is a must-attend industry event featuring the newest products, dozens of intensive training programs, and technical engineering support from hundreds of exhibitors. It’s a great way to see new products, interact with other people who use their truck to make a living, and have a great time in Indianapolis, Indiana.
As North America’s largest work truck event, it is the ultimate opportunity for attendees to meet up with thousands of industry peers, speak with current suppliers, get answers to critical technical questions, attend special events, and visit with hundreds of exhibiting companies.

The Work Truck Show occupied more than 500,000 square feet at the Indiana Convention Center this year. More than 560 exhibitors filled the show floor with vocational trucks, components, and equipment, and the event was used as a platform to launch new products or showcase green technologies, with nearly 80 exhibitors participating in the New Product Spotlight and more than 30 participating in the Green Product Showcase. More than 10,000 people attended.
Green was definitely the unofficial theme. Several manufacturers launched alternative-fuel vehicles at the convention. The Green Truck Summit, produced jointly by the NTEA and CALSTART, featured U.S. Secretary of Energy Dr. Steven Chu as the keynote speaker.

Each year, the NTEA strives to provide convention attendees with the highest-quality education and training available. More than 60 educational sessions were offered at The Work Truck Show 2012, covering a broad range of relevant and timely topics.
