The 2009 C.H.O.C Cruise 10 Toy Drive and Show & Shine, presented by the Playtime Foundation and hosted by, was held at Southern California's Anaheim Stadium on Sunday, December 13, 2009. Normally marked by a massive cruise to CHOC (Children's Hospital of Orange County) in order to drop off toys for the kids, major construction at the hospital forced the convoy to remain at Anaheim Stadium for a Top 20 Show/Toy Drive. Despite scattered showers and no actual cruise, many custom trucks and cars attended, knowing that a low turnout would mean fewer toys for the kids. Those who had faithfully attended the CHOC Cruise over the years made every effort to not miss out on this opportunity to make a difference for children. It's a good thing for the kids and their families, and an even better thing for those giving.

Tony Ramos created the Playtime Foundation in 1999, with the mission of creating "awareness, excitement, and opportunity for the custom car/truck culture to give back to the community through charitable works and contributions to our sponsored charities" ( Thank you for 10 awesome years of the CHOC Cruise. So far, the foundation supports the Ronald McDonald House Orange County, the Children's Hospital of Orange County, and most recently, a home for abused children called Hillview Acres.
