2015 Consumer Electronics Show
Sounds Good to Us
Truckin went to the 2015 Consumer Electronics Show in search of all things audio and came back very impressed with all of what the show had to offer. CES is always a great place to be for new innovations in the world of sound and this year the layout was the largest it has ever been at 2.2 million square feet. The halls were packed with companies big and small offering their latest and newest products crammed into all sorts of packages.
We were impressed with the display areas and how they featured the latest in audio gear. We were there to see what was going to be available for trucks obviously, and to hear the latest in ear-melting sound systems. Door panels and sub boxes were stuffed with the latest in sound technology from every conceivable company in the speaker game. Although there were not as many trucks this year as we had hoped, a few really stood out. With offerings from the likes of Alpine, Kicker, Orion, Rockford Fosgate, MTX, Pioneer, and many more, the 2015 CES was a feast for the ears once again.
Although CES is not open to the public, it is still a very popular show due to the press that it receives and for the products that get released at the show. To find out more about the yearly CES show, log on to www.cesweb.org.
