Another year is in the books and Castles & Coasters, Family Fun & Thrill Park, in good ol’ Phoenix was once again host to Severed in the Southwest custom car and truck show. The show sent off the show season with a bang! Hosted by the Severed Ties Arizona chapter with Joe Molina at the helm, this is one show we definitely look forward to each and every year. Bringing out the best in the Southwest. Although this show has expanded to welcome hot-rods, cars, and all styles and genres, it still remains true to its truck-show roots and a ton of quality trucks come out in droves.

Slammed, lifted, and everything in between, SSW always packs in the trucks as far as the eye can see. Blessed with perfect weather this year, the theme-park grounds filled up quickly and both vendors and show goers staked claim at their spots for the day. With something for everyone, there was plenty to see and do, and as always, the family friendly environment lent a warm welcome to all. The popular limbo contest, one-of-a-kind awards, and huge raffle set Severed in the Southwest apart from most one-day shows. The quality of rides definitely keeps us coming back year after year. Looking forward to some possible changes, we've heard rumors for an end of the year shindig in 2017, keep an eye on www.SeveredintheSouthwest.com for more information, and we'll see you there!
