UnforgiveN Mini Truck Club 4th Annual Cruisin’ for Breast Cancer Benefit Show: Four Years Running
Four Years Running
The SoCal mini-truck and custom vehicle scene came together once again to raise money for the American Cancer Society at the 4th annual Cruisin' for Breast Cancer Benefit Show hosted by UnforgiveN Mini Truck Club. Taking place at the San Joaquin Valley College (SJVC) in Hesperia, California, the event's setting could not be more ideal. The location itself is slightly off the beaten path, with a semiprotected street entrance that made for a complete lack of cross traffic when all the display vehicles were lined up bright and early, allowing the members of UnforgiveN enough time to properly place the 200-plus registered vehicles without traffic interference.
The weather could not have been more perfect, as anyone familiar the high desert knows it can be prone to extremes, with the scale swinging wildly from either freezing cold to blazing hot. But the show seemed to fall on a weekend when the temperatures were quite moderate, allowing show-goers to mingle freely without worrying about the weather.
On a serious note, the focus of this show could not have been a more noble cause to be involved with. With cancer of all kinds affecting a large portion of the population, this is something everyone can get behind. So kudos to UnforgiveN for putting on the show, and a huge thanks is in order for SJVC, Hesperia, for providing the location, as well as Team Horton Events for providing event support. The show sponsors deserve a great deal of credit, too, so big ups go out to Audiotistics, Viair, Twisted Inc. Films, Fabian's Painting, FLO Airride Mfg., R-Rated Imports, Grindertv, Extreme Powder Coating, Grillcraft, Oasis Notary, Big Earnie's BBQ, Mustache Mike's, Mad House Efx, Team Full Scale, Kre8tive House, Howard's Muffler and Hitch, Class Act Minis, South Island Minitruckin, and Rockford Fosgate. Once again, the mini-truck community showed its maturity with a great event that should be on everyone's list. A special thanks goes out to SJVC in Hesperia https://www.sjvc.edu/location/victor-valley/ and for the 2019 event, keep your browsers set to facebook.com/UnforgivenMiniTruckClub.
