Daytona Turkey Rod Run 2019

An Event You Can’t Miss

Daytona Beach, Florida has been home to Turkey Rod Run since the mid 70's. Created by Daytona Beach Street Rods association president Stu Sarjeant simply because he couldn't find a show that would accept his custom hot rod. Beginning as a small parking lot show outside of a Howard Johnson hotel, the show gained momentum in the late 80's when they partnered with Daytona Beach Racing and Recreational Facilities and found their permanent home inside the Daytona International Speedway. Now with over 7,000 vintage, classic, muscle and custom vehicles in attendance, Turkey Rod Run is a show you absolutely can't miss. The four-day event, starting on Thanksgiving and running through Sunday, has one of the largest swap meets, where vendors sell and trade hard to find auto parts and accessories.

Show promoter Jennifer Labonte wishes to thank everyone that came out to attend the 45th anniversary of Turkey Rod Run. The staff is already gearing up for their Spring Rod Run held in late March. Along with the massive amount of cars, spectators are given enormous options from every food vendor, a playground for the kids, Artisan Alley and entertainment throughout the entire event. Sponsored by O'Reilly Auto Parts, South Daytona RV Park & Tropical Gardens, Mecum Auctions, Daytona Trophy, AFL Premium Shipping Worldwide and KOA, Daytona's Turkey Rod Run is the largest event in the south and can only get better.
