Just outside of Dallas, Texas is a city called Lone Oak which has the population of 598 residents and is home to Wind Point Park. The park which is a private 170-acre park on East Lake Tawakoni was home to the 15th annual Turkey Drag 2019. Over 1,000 registered vehicles came through the gates with spectators reaching the 3,500 mark, more than tripling the 598-person population. With on site camping in fifteen shelters and eight cabins, Turkey Drag is the place to be for the entire weekend. The 2019 event is presented by Sunday Funday Brand and hosted by Turnin Rust, Fab Lab, P1 Media, Ampere Audio, Diesels of Dallas and Da Drop Shop.

Show promoter Ben Miller of Rellimneb Inc, with the help of his loyal staff had the most successful Turkey Drag to date. $1280 was raised for donation to the Lone Oak Police Department Blue Santa and $900 was donated to Lone Oak Volunteer Fire Department. The show attractions include a team tug-o-war, beard contest, tattoo contest, cornhole contest, ugly sweater contest and a vehicle limbo contest. Dozens of food vendors were on site making sure the close to 4,000 had plenty of food. Over thirty-five different car and truck clubs showed strong with Team Billet with fifty entries. As the promoter of Texas' premier and largest custom camping show, Ben wishes to thank everyone that came out to support Turkey Drag and have a fun-packed weekend. 2020 is already in the works for even more success.
