2016 SEMA Show – Lower South Hall #TENSEMA16
They Don’t Call It the Truck Hall for Nothing
The SEMA Show is mind-boggling in itself, and many first-timers are simultaneously giddy and agog at the sheer size and scope of the show. However the same could be said for the South Hall alone. Colloquially known by long-time show-goers as the “Truck Hall” South Hall lives up to its name. It’s wall-to-wall pickups, SUVs, Jeeps, wheels, tires and accessories. This year’s show did not disappoint with an array of both modern and classic style wheels and tires, pickups, Jeep Wranglers, restomods, lifted and lowered trucks, and Fiat Chrysler Automobile’s (FCA) Mopar display, with plenty of desirable concepts from past and present, including the Jeep CJ-SixtySix, Durango Shaker, Ram Macho Power Wagon, and many others.
The array of trucks out front is no less impressive, with custom trucks of imposing stature standing guard in front of the hall. Be sure to make it to South Hall if you’re an attendee at the 2016 SEMA Show, but if you can’t, here’s Truckin Magazine’s pick of the highlights of Lower South Hall.
