Preview at Select Locations Give Buyers an Early Look
The 2016 Nissan Titan XD is many months from being in showrooms, but customers interested in Nissan’s new fullsize truck will have a chance to take a up-close look at the new model in southern California. The new Titan XD will be on display this weekend starting Saturday, January 17, at 4Wheel Parts on Artesia Blvd. in Compton from 8 to 10 a.m. and later at the Dirt Rider/Nissan Titan meetup at Angels Stadium in Anaheim from 1 to 7 p.m.
On Sunday, January 18, the new Titan will be on display at the Super Car Sunday car show at Westfield Promenade Mall in Woodland Hills from 7 to 10 a.m. Fans can follow the new Titan with the hashtag #NissanTitan and will be able to take photos and get free Titan keepsake items at the designated stops.
The 2016 Titan XD is the first 1/2-ton truck to get the new Cummins ISV 5.0L V-8 and represents the engine’s first production application. The class-exclusive engine gives the Titan XD a towing capacity of more than 12,000 pounds and a payload capacity of more than 2,000 pounds. If you live outside of the southern California area, be sure to follow the Titan on Twitter and Facebook to see when it may be coming to a city near you.
