KP Designs - Radical Renderings

Truck Art

Jun 23, 2015
Photographers: Koapono Patrick
Koapono Patrick of KP Designs has made quite a name for himself and has racked up many pages inside Truckin in the past few years. He is constantly pushing his designs to reflect current styles to produce top-notch work, and the fact that clients keep coming back says a whole lot about his talents. Coming from humble beginnings with a Graphic Communications certificate from Francis Tuttle Tech Center in Oklahoma City in 2010, KP Designs has grown in leaps and bounds to become a full-service design firm offering video, photography, print projects, and, his favorite, digital vehicle renderings. Truckin readers may remember Ismael Leon and his “Everything is bigger in Texas” ’15 Ford F-350 done up in snow camo. This time around the F-350 is going back to SEMA and being redone with Fusion bumpers, Rekless Rydes headlights, Rigid Industries lights, 26-inch American Force Wheels, a McGaughys lift kit, Fox coilovers, custom rear ’bag setup, a K6LLA train horn by Real Train Horn, grille by Gravel Empire, and built by Maxxed Performance in Baytown, Texas.

Rick Seniuk is building up this ’58 Chevy Fleetside that used to be owned by his grandfather and is now becoming a full show build with a host of upgrades courtesy of Wadsons Hot Rods in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Helping it lay flat will be a homebuilt 2x4 frame, a KP Components four-link and Slam ’bags. A 500hp 454 big-block will help this former grocery-getter outrun anything. With everything smoothed and shaved and a PPG custom two-tone paint scheme, this truck will certainly make heads turn.
