Photo 2/3 | Strictly Custom Designs Gmc | This ’15 Denali is being custom built-in house at Exotic Suspensions in Odessa, Texas, by owner Joel Alvarez. Michigan Metal Works upper and lower arms, aide a custom fabbed frame to get the truck to sit this low, with a custom four-link rear and gooseneck hitch round out the rear. Viair compressors and tanks allow the 1/2-inch stainless steel hardiness to fill the Airlift 2,600 ’bags to handle the ups and downs. An EZ Link tune with a straight exhaust make waking up the neighbors easy. Inside, the stock head unit is aided by two Kicker in a ported box with a 1,200-watt monoblock amp. Sitting this low, one might miss the 24-inch American Force Stars and 305/35/24 Lexani tires.
Photo 3/3 | Strictly Custom Designs Ram | Customizers can get stuck in a rut. Certain trucks are more available and have more parts companies to serve them. Plan B Fabrication out of Sanford, Florida, wanted to show that it would not stop them building a ’91 Ram 250 with a 5.8L Cummins B Series, getting fitted with a Pusher Intake twin-turbo kit hooked to an ATS Diesel full billet race transmission and a NP273 transfer case. This survivor truck will wear its patinaed exterior proudly. It sits over a custom-designed and in-house fabricated Plan B lift kit, supported by 12-inch coilovers and 12-inch bypass shocks, ’17 Ford Super Duty axles, and a custom three-link rear. A powdercoated frame gleams alongside mirror-polished stainless-steel suspension components. A set of 24x14 Moto Metal forged wheels with 40-inch Nittos round out this build.
