The drivetrain swap had already been completed, but the truck still needed some work. After a few months of finishing it up, I had it ready for the road. The truck makes around 550 hp on the dyno. Unfortunately, everything from the transfer case back blew apart from the driveline angles being wrong. This happened shortly after it was finished, so the truck will be going through some major surgery in the spring to bring her back to life again.”

It was bone stock. I have done everything to the truck myself, with the help of my brother and a good friend. Aside from it being a work truck, it seems to want every dime I make. I’m trying to make it go fast, pull lots of weight, and still be drivable to the races on the weekend.”

Owner says: “This truck has had an interesting life so far. The driver side was rebuilt at 80,000 miles after a tree nearly flattened it. I purchased the truck shortly afterward, and it has been my daily driver since then. It’s used most of the time around the farm. I don’t have big goals for it, other than having 550 to 600 reliable horsepower. The dualie is definitely unique and draws some interest at local sled pulls and events. My buddy over at Blue Pit Diesel in Lewisburg, Tennessee, has helped me tremendously with the project.”
