At a young age, Paul Kuras developed a love of cars. And, like a lot of children, he collected Hot Wheels and built model cars. After receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the College for Creative Studies in Detroit, Michigan, where he majored in industrial design, Paul began doing renderings the old-school way. He started with markers and colored pencils, as well as hand-blended hard chalks. He slowly began building his skill set by learning to digitally airbrush his sketches and playing with more computer options to enhance his art. The renderings he currently produces are mostly digitally airbrushed with cut-out patterns or images to dial in the details, such as headlight glass and tire treads. If you’d like to get your own vehicle rendered using Paul’s long-developed techniques, contact him at yourautoart.com.
