2006 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD
Gary Hibbard; Costa Mesa, California
Gary bought his Silverado as a tow vehicle, but quickly found himself making modifications. The Duramax has a DiabloSport tuner and is backed by a four-inch MBRP exhaust. The truck was given a seven-inch lift, making plenty of room for 35-inch Toyo MTs. His 26-foot Weekend Warrior has been hauled all over California and Oregon, often to Glamis, Pismo Beach, Johnson Valley, and Oregon Dunes.

2007 Chevrolet Colorado
James Cuttita; Hurleyville, New York
This is probably the most modified Colorado in the Catskills. James installed just about every styling mod imaginable. There are a grille guard and grille insert, chrome side steps, headlight covers, side window covers, hitch cover, decals, chrome license-plate frames, Bow tie valve-stem caps, and--because it's a daily driver and work truck--a bedliner and bed-rail protectors.
1997 Ford Ranger STX
Danny Ice-Cable; Hanover, Indiana
Even though Danny doesn't take his Ranger on extreme off-roading adventures, he still likes getting it covered in mud. He's added a three-inch Rough Country lift, BFG All-Terrains on 15x8-inch Pacer wheels, Warn manual locking hubs, and touches of style. He adds, "She may not be the fastest or biggest, but I wouldn't drive anything but my Ranger. She's never let me down."
1980 Leyland Mini95 PICKUP
Mike Syfritt; Surprise, Arizona
This is a rare find: it's one of 58,000 Mini pickups built from 1961 to 1983, none of which was imported to the U.S. Most were driven hard and junked, leaving about 1000 in the world--and a mere 15 to 20 in America. Mike discovered his stock truck in New Jersey. It spent most of its life rust-free in New Zealand and was converted to left-hand drive at some point. He plans on doing a full restoration.

2007 KME Peterbilt
Leon Walker; Fairbanks, Alaska
For a support vehicle of the Steese Volunteer Fire Department, Leon opted for a cummins ISX-powered Peterbilt with 525 horsepower and 1650 pound-feet of torque. Duty-enhancing mods include a Hale 1000 GPM pump, a 3000-gallon water tank, preconnected handlines, 3000-gallon Fold-Da-Tank, three ladders, and OnSpot automatic tire chains on both rear axles. Engine 67 and its twin are their newest frontline tenders and attack engines.
2006 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD
Bill Hill; Elkhorn, Nebraska
It makes sense that Bill knows a thing or two about construction, because this 2500 HD tow rig is constructed to near perfection. Sporting a 6.6
2006 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie
David Anson; Marlborough, Massachusetts
At first glance, David's Ram looks a lot like an SRT10--and we wouldn't be surprised if that was his plan all along. He retained the stock 5.7-liter and five-speed auto, but added key styling cues like a Daytona wing, 20-inch wheels, and SRT10 hood. For some extra performance, David installed a Flow-master dual exhaust, K&N cold-air intake, and a shift kit.
2001 Ford F-250 Super Duty
Gary Tooley; Huntingburg, Indiana
From the Superchipped 7.3-liter Power Stroke to the four-inch Monster exhaust, Gary has certainly enjoyed modifying his Super Duty. He uses it to haul and tow and also says the truck has been in parades. Other mods include a Volant cold-air intake, Mag-Hytec trans pan, Mickey Thompson wheels, billet grille, Rhino bedliner, extra lighting, and pinstripes.
1995 Ford F-150 SuperCab
Thomas Prell; Oswego, Illinois
Thomas' Ford is powered by a 300-cubic-inch inline-six backed by a five-speed manual trans, with 3.55 axles and four-wheel drive. He's made no changes, because "it doesn't need any." His rig takes him to work and on vacation and hauls firewood. Thomas included a photo of his truck in front of a store that showed gas costing $1.16/gallon. Wonder how long it's been since he took that shot?
2002 Dodge Ram Sport
Dom Cusatis Jr.; Drums, Pennsylvania
Just because your ride is a daily driver and work truck doesn't mean it has to look like one. In addition to the flames adorning the sides, Dom's Ram has flame pedals, Borla exhaust and JBA headers, Volant cold-air intake with RamAir, Street Scene grille, Westin tube steps, and a Pace Edwards cover.
