That's why we rounded up 25 of the newest and coolest accessories, from superchargers and turbo kits to cold-air intakes and computer programmers, to give your gas-powered truck more get up and go. Hemi Hop-Up
Hypertech's HyperPAC performance computer lets you hop up your Hemi-powered Dodge Ram or Durango, or Jeep Grand Cherokee or Commander. The power tuning calibrations add up to 16 horsepower and 16 pound-feet of torque, plus the company's Dual Fuel technology delivers virtually the same power gains using regular gas, so you can save at the pump. The HyperPAC uses a touch screen where you can reprogram your truck's computer or clear diagnostic trouble codes and includes data acquisition and simulation programs. Hypertech; 901/382-8888.

From The Track To The Street
Unichip's performance computer module was originally developed to win races; now its multi-processor unit with an application-specific plug-and-play harness is made to provide real benefits on a street-driven truck. The PCM works on stock or modified vehicles to make maximum torque, give smoother performance, lengthen powertrain life, and provide equal or better gas mileage. And you don't need to reprogram or remove the existing factory electronics. PCMs are available for many GM, Dodge, Ford, Jeep, Nissan, and Toyota trucks and SUVs. Unichip; 866/864-2447.

Tougher Tundra
Airaid now has an intake system for the 2007 Toyota Tundra's new 5.7 liter V 8. It features a computer-designed Cool Air Dam and breathes through a large washable, reusable urethane Airaid filter for maximum airflow, throttle response, and filtration--not to mention gains of up to 10 horsepower and 12 pound-feet of torque. Injen's Power Flow air-intake system for the 3.5 liter Chevy Colorado, GMC Canyon, and Hummer H3 is said to add 18 horsepower and 16 pound-feet of torque. It was designed to maximize airflow while maintaining a safe air/fuel ratio, plus it includes a diamondplate heat shield. Injen Technology; 909/839-0706.

Forced Induction
This Magnuson Magna Charger supercharger is for 2004 2006 Ford F 150s with the 5.4 liter three-valve V 8. It uses an air-to-water intercooler to enhance towing, driveability, and even fuel economy. Magnuson claims dyno-tested increases in excess of 140 horsepower and 140 pound-feet of torque. The kit comes with all components needed for installation. It also comes with a computer programmer that communicates with the factory ECU for proper calibration of the supercharger, optimizing transmission shift points, line pressures, and converter strategies for the automatic transmission. Inhale Deeply
K&N says its new high-flow intake system provides 12 more horsepower to the rear wheels of 2007 GM full-size SUVs. The system replaces the stock intake assembly, airbox, and air filter on 4.8 , 5.3 , or 6.2 liter GM V 8s. The cone-shaped K&N high-flow air filter increases capacity and never needs to be replaced and the metal intake tube is larger and straighter at the throttle body than the stock unit. K&N; 800/858-3333.
