The fiberglass front bumper insert from Ansani Designs is now available for 2007-present Toyota Tundra trucks that need more lighting. The fiberglass piece is a direct replacement for the factory urethane piece and features three mounting pods molded specifically for 8.0-inch-diameter KC Rally 800 lights. The fiberglass insert's construction is of a uni-directional fiberglass mat and polyester resin, with each insert coming with a primer-ready gel coat for painting ease.
Options for the front bumper insert include hydro-printing and factory paint matching. Hydro-printing uses water pressure to apply preprinted film to the insert, with patterns that include carbon-fiber, metals, camos, animal skins, woodgrains, and hundred-dollar bills.
