Due out this holiday season is the Automoblox T900, a truck that looks strikingly similar to a Ford Super Duty. For those unfamiliar with Automoblox, the New Jersey-based company makes wooden toy cars with a twist. It has been decades since wooden play items dominated children’s Christmas lists, but the grainy material returns through Automoblox in any one of their numerous vehicular offerings.What separates an Automoblox from a classic wooden toy car are the interchangeable parts. Wheels, whole body pieces, and windows can be rearranged with other Automoblox vehicles, forming entirely new creations. Although in the case of the T900, it looks good enough just the way it is.
