Product SpotLight: Prestone Interior Cleaner Helps Vehicles Become Showroom Clean

Prestone Press - May 11, 2007

We are all victims of it...living in our vehicles. Possibly while drinking a soda, you accidentally spilled it on the floor, or maybe you take your dog on road trips and are unable to get rid of the pet odor. While these actions may seem harmless, having a dirty interior can negatively impact the appearance and value of a vehicle.

To help enthusiasts get their vehicle interiors in the best condition, Honeywell offers Prestone Interior Cleaner with Odor Neutralizer, a specially formulated two-in-one product that neutralizes and eliminates hard-to-remove stains and malodors.

"By taking the time to clean, wash, polish and vacuum their car in advance, a driver can quickly enhance the look of their vehicle," said Ken Gaynor, Prestone product manager. "Prestone Interior Cleaner with Odor Neutralizer is a great option for drivers that want their car to look showroom clean, but do not want to spend a ton of money going to a detailer."

Formulated with advanced detergents, Prestone Interior Cleaner deep-cleans and brightens vinyl interiors, carpets, upholstery and floor mats. The cleaner comes with a convenient on-pack scrubbing brush that can help break up dried-on solids, without damaging vehicle fabric. In addition, the 18 oz. aerosol contains super-wetting agents that deliver cleaning chemicals into deep stains. It also has odor neutralizers that target and lift biological and chemical odors, like spoiled milk, pet urine and cigarette smoke.

Prestone Interior Cleaner is available at Wal-Mart and Target and retails for $4.99. For more information on the product, consumers should log on to www.prestone.com or call 800.890.2075.
