Dating in Cars
Ellen Fein and Sherrie Schneider, co-authors of "The Rules...for Dating in Cars," have some dating tips for men.
• Fill the tank and don't ask her to chip in for gas, no matter how high the price.
• She means more than the car. If something spills, don't make a fuss about it.
• Lay off the horn. Be a gentleman and ring the doorbell.
• Open her car door and turn up the heat if it's cold.
• Keep your hands on the wheel, no matter how pretty she is.
• Don't talk on your cell-phone during the date.
• At the end of the date, don't be lazy. Escort her to her door--how else are you going to snag that good-night kiss?

4.0-liter V-6
New 4.0-liter V-6
The 2007 Nitro R/T uses a never-before-seen 4.0-liter V-6. Where did it come from? According to DaimlerChrysler, it's a stroked version of the 3.5-liter (pictured here) found in the Pacifica. The 4.0-liter receives a new upper intake manifold, new cam profile with higher lift and revised timing, improved NVH, and a higher compression ratio (raised from 10.0:1 to 10.2:1). The upgrades increase horsepower by five and torque by 25 and reduce peak-horsepower rpm.

Nissan's latest concept is a four-wheel-drive vehicle that has explorers and adventurers in mind. The cabin offers space for driver, passenger, and a third person in back, who sits in a fully rotating seat that allows access to the vehicle's computer, science lab, and communication equipment. The Terranaut uses puncture-proof tires that can be used on- or off-road.
