Our 2008 Truck of the Year winner now has a price range from $23,760 to $42,955, and the Sequoia ranges from $39,330 to $59,705, jumping in price an average of $3361.

Both models offer a new 4.6-liter V-8, which supplants last year's 4.7-liter. In the Tundra 4x2, the new engine offers a 3 mpg highway improvement, even with an extra 34 hp. Like the unchanged 5.7-liter, the new V-8 connects to a six-speed automatic. Both models also receive driver and front passenger knee airbags standard.

The Tundra gets a redesigned front grille, taillights and towing hitch. Standard are height adjustable headlamps and a shelf in the lower glove box. Toyota aims a new Work Truck Package (pictured) at commercial truck buyers, offering vinyl seating, rubber flooring, and a discounted MSRP from $195 to $1030 depending on model. Directly opposite is a new Platinum package, which includes a sunroof, wood grain trim, heated and ventilated seats, and a price tag of $4662.

The Sequoia's SR5 and Platinum (pictured) trims become single-spec, with the middle Limited trim offering sat-nav, rear-seat entertainment, and seven-passenger seating as options. Standard upgraded audio equipment includes Bluetooth, satellite radio capability, and a USB port for personal audio devices.

The 2010 Tundra and Sequoia will appear at dealerships this month.

Pricing reflects a $800 delivery, processing, and handling fee.
