Yes, it's another BMW compact SUV spotted on the Green Hell going like hell. But this time around it's the second generation X3 that's speculated to arrive in European dealerships sometime next year.
Look closely and you'll see a sportier fascia take form under the camouflage. Bigger air intakes hint at a more athletic X3. Head and taillights are thoroughly hidden from view, but expect full bi-xenon headlamps and LED taillamps on their respective ends.
According to our sources, it'll be powered by the brand's naturally aspirated 230-hp 3.0L inline-six cylinder or its twin-turbo counterpart with 300 hp on board. The model will also likely one or two of the various BMW diesel motors currently on the market.
Given the M division's love for tuning, we wouldn't be surprised to see an optional sport package included in the new X3's mix.
