Nissan has pulled the wraps off the Rogue Krom, the latest addition to the specialty vehicle lineup. Much like the Cube version, the Rogue Krom ("chrome") receives primarily aesthetic upgrades. Available in front- and all-wheel drive models, the Rogue comes in three specialty colors: Venom Red, Wicked Black, and Gotham Gray.

The Krom treatment starts with a Rouge S. To it, the package adds 17-in wheels with Continental rubber, a body kit, body-colored side mirrors, steering wheel-mounted audio controls, and a slew of emblems. Out back, the Rouge gets a center-mount single exhaust. The rest of the vehicle remains stock, including the continuously variable transmission and its 170-hp, 2.5L inline-four.

Nissan has not announced pricing, but the Rogue Krom arrives at dealers in December.
