Want to know the three newest inductees to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's recently revised five-star crash test list? They are the Buick Enclave and Chevrolet Traverse.
The Enclave and Traverse, which are full-size crossover mates, got five stars for side impact and four stars for frontal and rollover but still earned the five-star overall mark. As the year comes to a close and the new year begins, we can expect to learn the revised crash test worthiness for all vehicles on the market.
The new NHTSA ratings go on new vehicle window stickers starting with the 2012 model year.
