With all the extra add ons, a fully loaded camper with 3 Cu ft. 3 way refrigerator upgrade, air conditioner 5500 btu. wall mounted, hot water system with external shower, internal shower with hot water system and with cassette toilet, 12' awning, back door / truck awning, tail light skirts, aluminum scissor steps, roof racks, ladder to roof, fantastic roof fan vent, upgrade double 6V HD battery system for an additional $6500.
