As the 2012 New York Auto Show gets underway, GMC is taking the opportunity to introduce the Heritage Edition trim level on the Yukon, Yukon XL and Sierra 1500 models to commemorate the debut of the GMC brand name at the 1912 New York Auto Show.
The new trim level brings three new colors with it, Heritage Blue, Diamond White, and Onyx Black. Heritage Blue is a $195 option, White Diamond is $995 extra, while Onyx Black is a no-cost option.
All Heritage Edition models include unique exterior badges, embroidered floor mats and front headrests. On the Sierra, the package also includes chrome door handles, mirror caps and door moldings, 20-inch chrome-plated aluminum wheels, a convenience package with rear park assist, adjustable pedals, universal home remote, EZ-lift locking tailgate and a rear-vision camera.
On the Yukon and Yukon XL models, the package includes the SLT-2 package with 10-way adjustable leather memory seats, heated second-row seats with power release, power-operated rear liftgate and heated side mirrors.
Pricing for the package is $2645 for the Sierra and $1970 for the Yukon and Yukon XL. The package is also available on the Yukon XL HD for $1820
