The Land Rover Defender may have officially exited the U.S. market in 1997, but the most iconic example of Land Rover's rugged heritage lives on in Great Britain and the rest of the world. Today, the brand is announcing the introduction of the Defender XTech edition, which brings a distinctive color scheme and trim offerings to this stalwart of the Land Rover line.

The Defender XTech edition features a contrasting Santorini Black roof, headlight housings, wheel arches and diamond-plate exterior door sills, 16-inch gloss black 'Sawtooth' alloy wheels with 16-inch Goodyear Wrangler MTR tires, and a choice of Orkney Grey or Nara Bronze, which is exclusive to the XTech edition.
