Certain 2013 Dodge Durango models are being recalled that may have been built with incorrect seating capacity information labels.

The Problem: Certain 2013 Dodge Durango models may have incorrect seating capacity information labels that overstate seating capacity. The vehicle may be filled over capacity, which could increase injury during a crash. The labels do not comply with FMVSS number 110 “Tire Selection and Rims” requirements.

The Fix: Chrysler will notify owners beginning in February and provide replacement labels for free. Owners can bring into dealers, which will install the label for free. Owners may contact Chrysler at 1-800-247-9753.

Number of Vehicles Potentially Affected: 734 2013 Durango vehicles manufactured April 27, 2012, through September 14, 2012.
