Nissan has released information on its 2014 car, truck, and SUV lineup. In terms of its truck and SUV offerings, there are no major changes for the 2014 model year, other than an all-new 2014 Nissan Rogue promised to be revealed later this fall. We've gotten some spyshots of the new compact SUV lately, which will adopt a more modern style in line with Nissan's newer product offerings. The current Rogue's unremarkable 23 city and 28 highway fuel economy rating is expected to be improved upon substantially with the new model. Without further ado, below are the announced changes for Nissan's 2014 truck and SUV lineup.
Nissan Armada: No changes.
Nissan Juke: New Red Alert and Bordeaux Black colors; Metallic Bronze discontinued.
Nissan Murano: Graphite-colored interior now available with Tinted Bronze exterior color.
Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet: No changes.
Nissan Pathfinder: Addition of Hybrid model powered by supercharged 2.5-liter I-4, with 250 net hp and 243 net lb-ft torque. A new SL Tech Package features a Bose 13-speaker premium audio system, Nissan Navigation system, voice recognition, XM NavTraffic, Zagat restaurant ratings, Bluetooth streaming audio, and an 8.0-inch touchscreen. The hybrid model will be available fall 2013.
Nissan Rogue: All-new model due fall 2013 (see first paragraph above).
Nissan Xterra: New 16-inch wheel design for S and Pro-4X trims, Bluetooth hands-free calling, steering wheel audio controls and overhead console sunglass holder standard on X and S trims. Push-type HVAC controls standard on X trim. Standard heated front cloth and optional heated front leather seats on Pro-4X trim. Updated NissanConnect system, upgraded standard audio system on X trim.
Nissan Frontier: Heated front seats added to SV Value Truck Package. New wheel designs for SV, Pro-4X and SL models, manual sliding rear window standard on Crew Cabs, except S model. Heated cloth front seats standard on Pro-4X, optional on SV. Bluetooth hands-free calling and steering-wheel mounted audio controls and cruise control standard on S models. Enhanced navigation functionality with smartphone integration, enhanced voice recognition and device control.
Nissan Titan: No changes. All-new model expected for 2015 model year.
Nissan NV Cargo: Tow mode, included Class-IV hitch, seven-pin connector and brake controller wiring and heavy-duty battery added to V-8 models, content changes for S, SV grades.
Nissan NV Passenger: Tow mode, hitch, and wiring enhancements on V-8 models like NV Cargo.
Nissan NV200 Cargo: No major changes from debut of 2013 model. Taxi model debuting October 2013.
