Our recall reports typically relate to the vehicles themselves, but this time, the recalls involve tires. Michelin is recalling 100,000 tires that could have sidewall perforations that would make them susceptible to air pressure loss or, in rare cases, blowouts.

The affected tire models are the Michelin LTX M/S2, X Radial LT2, and Latitude Tour tires. No deaths or injuries have been reported in conjunction with this recall, and only 2500 of the 100,000 tires involved in the recall are believed to be defective. Owners of the affected tires are advised to visit an authorized Michelin retailer at their earliest possible convenience to have the tires replaced at no charge. U.S. residents can call 855-851-4951, and Canadian residents 866-424-2638 for more information on the recall. Check the numbers and DOT sequences below to see if your tires are affected.
