Already one of the more unique crossovers on the market, for buyers in the U.K., the Nissan Juke can personalize its frog-eyed ride even further. The "Personalisation Programme," in the Queen's English, offers 11 distinct exterior pieces, and multiple interior trim pieces that can be customized with the buyer's choice of eight different colors.
Among the items that can get the custom color (or "colour") treatment are the alloy wheels, roof spoiler, side sills, and headlamp finishers. The standard 17-inch wheels get the choice of eight colors, while the optional 18-inch wheels are available in silver, black and diamond cut metallic "grey."
On the inside, British Jukes can get custom colors for the door panels, center console, tweeters, and air vents, as well as custom color stitching for the floormats.
We reached out to Nissan's U.S. representative about whether such a program would be offered on U.S. Juke models. As of this writing, we did not hear back. But for the time being, it's likely the program will be limited to Jukes sold in Britain, or at most, Europe. European Jukes come from Nissan's Sunderland, England, plant, while U.S.-model Jukes come from Nissan's plant in Oppama, Japan.
