Armor Lock- WWW.ARMORWHEELLOCKS.COM This is the Ultimate Wheel Lock Security! This is the wheel lock that GM may not want you to know about. Factory wheel locks can be taken off as fast as the lug nut. GM sells more wheels and tires when they sell antiquated wheel locks. Armor Lock is Designed and Made by a Texas Law Enforcement Officer.

if you think about it.....most vehicles that are stolen are stripped down for parts....easily sold...hard to track.....so that means there is a high demand for Chevy parts....which supports my understanding that are are crap! God I love math and stuff! :-)

With my lock out kit Chevys are way easier to get into fast compared to fords also on a higher note the few recalls ford has came out with this year they can actually fix the problem Chevys recalls are majority parts unavailable so your driving on a prayer that the Chevy vehicle your driving doesn't shut shut off or blow up and kill you with shrapnel ! So really you Chevy guys are the idiots and don't know enough to lock your doors therefore your vehicles are the majority for theft and do your self a favor if you go drive a new ford you'll be sorry you spent $63k on that z71 crew cab with nice gm aftermarket wheels and entertainment system (that will hardly ever get used) meanwhile your love for your truck grows until it lets you down a few times and then burns up wheel bearings at 20,000 miles then the water pump goes at 30,000 then the fuse box then the ifs isn't tough enough for anything but highway use so those nice new tires you bought will only last half of what the first set did then you say let's go car shopping you'll go look at a few then you'll like the color of that one and before you know it your driving home in a ford

They are easier to steal and the parts are easier to sell. An advantage also is that the HD fronts fit 1500

Not surprised - they are much rarer than F150's . . .

Yes, during testing, a year away from commercial availability, not of the showroom, ask Truck Trend about the GM fires

The powertrain out of the silverado alone is worth more then a f150

High percentage are scrapped/parted so if Chevy moves up I would take that as a down because that means the market for cheaper replacement parts for ones breaking down frequently has expanded so much that people are willing to look the other way for stolen goods with a lower price.

Jared Frederick

No, your right man. Id doesnt during testing 100%. Just in a consumers driveway.

They never used to. But now they are owned by Obama thus giving them shitty security systems.

Oh, and by the way; I work in roadside service, and for lockouts that generation of Silverado are my favorite. I can open those in 5 seconds.

It doesn't catch on fire and burn to the ground during testing like the HD Ford does...zing.
