The Craigslist-special Jeep CJ-7 adventure continues on this week's Dirt Every Day. After purchasing an old 1978 Jeep CJ-7 off of Craigslist from a ranch in Texas last week, host Fred Williams hits the road on this week's episode as he attempts to make it from Texas to Pie Town, New Mexico.
After fixing up the Jeep a bit during last week's episode, this Dirt Every Day kicks off with Williams driving from Dallas in the Bikini-topped CJ-7, all the way to New Mexico, where he's scheduled to check out an off-road performance shop, and do a bit of off-roading. Along the way, Williams decides to stop off in Roswell, New Mexico, where he shares his, uh, theory on the whole alien incident with the internet.
Once out of Roswell, Williams makes it to Huff's High Tech and 4x4, a New Mexican Jeep performance shop. At the shop, he gets a chance to check out some Jeep racers, as well as a hot-rodded V-8-powered Ford tractor. After poking around the shop, Williams hits the trails in his Jeep CJ-7, with the New Mexico to California leg of his trip ahead of him.
